Madhubani Arts India founder Vidushini recently conducted an online Madhubani Art Masterclass for the students of NIT Patna, hosted by ExpressonITP, the institute’s premier art and literary hub.

The recent event at Bangalore International Centre was a remarkable showcase of art, culture, and tradition. Over two days, visitors could experience a stunning collection of hand-painted Madhubani art on sarees, dupattas, and stoles meticulously crafted by Vidushini.

The event witnessed a record crowd over the weekend, with numerous visitors engaging with and appreciating the intricate beauty of Madhubani art.

This event marked her first exhibition in Delhi and her inaugural collaboration with Dastkar, a renowned institution dedicated to empowering artisans.

Vidushini Prasad, founder of Madhubani Arts India and renowned Madhubani artist, had the privilege of participating in the By Hand From The Heart Makers Market held on December 21st and 22nd, 2024, at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Chennai.

This past week at the Festival of Handmade by A Hundred Hands at Freedom Park, Bangalore, was nothing short of extraordinary. As an artist, moments like these remind me why I do what I do—to create, to share, and to connect.

The Art for All Festival by A Hundred Hands and enabled by BLR Hubba, held on November 30 and December 1, 2024, was a remarkable experience for Madhubani by Vidushini.

The recent Handloom Fair in Whitefield turned out to be a remarkable success, drawing art lovers and young professionals despite the unpredictable weather.

Despite occasional rain, the event was a resounding success, with visitors from all walks of life, including international guests, joining the celebration of India’s diverse artisanal heritage.
